FAMILY, FOOD & A LITTLE ITALY
Our StoryVilla Milano Italian Restaurant · Manhasset, NY
A neighborhood table. Generations of memories.
A MANHASSET TRADITION
More than a restaurant.
Part of the family.
Villa Milano has been a cornerstone of Manhasset’s Plandome Road for over 40 years.
Founded by the Bekteshi brothers — Don, Eli and John — Villa Milano is a gathering place and a home away from home. Neighbors have shared celebrations, stopped in for a slice, and made dinner at our table part of their family traditions.
The brothers became so beloved by the community that a street was named “Bekteshi Brothers’ Way” in their honor.

TWO WAYS TO FEEL AT HOME
A slice at the counter.
An evening at the table.
Up front, a lively pizzeria welcomes neighbors stopping by for pizza or a calzone. In the dining room, Italian details, warm light and familiar favorites invite you to settle in and stay awhile.

DON BEKTESHI
HEART OF THE COMMUNITY
A place that
brings us together.

Don Bekteshi was known as a second father to many who grew up in the community — a first employer, a mentor and a friend.
After Superstorm Sandy, when the town was without power, the brothers opened their doors and fired up the kitchen to feed volunteers clearing Manhasset’s streets.
When Gift of Life founder Robbie Donno brought children and their families to the United States for life-saving medical care, Villa Milano was often their first stop — a warm, comforting meal in America.
This is what Villa Milano is: a home, a landmark, and a story written one meal at a time. We invite you to sit at our table and become part of it.
